Dear Liat and Ruth,

Thank you very much for the beautiful tray of cookies that was delivered to me while teaching a class at XXXXX. It was a sweet end to a very painful process that both of you helped me to end after 15 months. During this extremely difficult period of my life, I grew to increasingly respect your professionalism and felt truly defended for the first time.

Liat, you are really a tough and effective negotiator. You were always available to answer my questions and guide me through the hard times. Most importantly, you were always human and focused on what was the most important–the welfare of my children and my health.

I want you to both know how much respect I have for you and the important work that you are doing. I have already referred you to several friends and will continue to do so.

Thank you again for helping me to reach the agreement that marks the end of a very difficult chapter. Thank you for helping me to end the nightmare and giving me the opportunity to start a new chapter in my life.
